These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and participation in events operated by SIKA (“SIKA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending a SIKA event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket for, or attending, any SIKA event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Health & Safety

All attendees must comply with health and safety instructions issued by SIKA staff, venue operators, or local authorities. This includes guidance related to personal wellbeing, security measures, and any public health requirements in force at the time of the event.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless SIKA cancels the event.

  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified with details regarding refunds or rescheduling.

  • SIKA is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, accommodation, transport, or other personal expenses.

4. Force Majeure

SIKA shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of war. In such cases, SIKA may reschedule the event or offer alternative compensation at its discretion.

5. Photography, Video & Media

By attending a SIKA event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by SIKA for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes across digital and print platforms.If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify event staff or contact SIKA after the event.

6. Liability

  • Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour and personal belongings.

  • SIKA is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage unless caused directly by its proven negligence.

  • SIKA’s total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, logos, creative assets, and content associated with SIKA events are the property of SIKA or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected by SIKA is processed in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket or interacting with SIKA services, you consent to such data processing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

10. Venue Compliance

All attendees must adhere to venue rules and regulations. SIKA is not responsible for decisions made by venue operators or third-party staff.
